Specialist ENT

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions for adults and children
• Perform outpatient procedures and assist with surgical interventions as per scope of practice
• Manage acute and chronic ENT disorders, including sinus disease, hearing issues, allergies, and throat conditions
• Collaborate with audiology, pediatrics, internal medicine, and other specialties to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility standards
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and departmental meetings

Requirements

• Medical degree with recognized specialization in ENT/Otolaryngology
• Minimum 3–5 years post-qualification experience in a reputable hospital or clinic
• Strong clinical skills in both medical and minor surgical ENT procedures
• Eligibility for DHA Specialist licensing
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with endoscopic sinus procedures and advanced ENT diagnostics
• Ability to manage pediatric ENT cases confidently
• Strong patient communication and multicultural sensitivity
