Specialist, Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the life-cycle of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems from conceptual development through product phase-out
• Capture and manage customer and derived requirements, ensuring traceability from verification test matrices back to original requirements
• Develop technical documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports
• Ensure technical performance, quality, and adherence to project schedules
• Support build and test activities, system deployment, and in-house technical support
• Travel 20-40% to customer and subcontractor sites for technical meetings and verification activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 2+ years of experience, OR 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Must currently hold a DoD security clearance
• Ability to travel 20-40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to meet critical deadlines
• Understanding of project coordination and the roles of technical support personnel
• Ability to work independently in a high-productivity environment
