Specialist Doc Editor

Responsibilities

• Execute change control processes for quality and controlled documentation, including policies, processes, and procedures.
• Apply document formatting and editorial corrections, ensuring documents are properly rendered to PDF format.
• Manage daily document flow within the control system to maintain defined service levels.
• Track change requests to completion and contribute to metric reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
• Perform rotational tasks within the document center, including training change request initiators and approvers.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during interactions with corporate customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma; Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with controlled documents or in an administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision and effectively within a team environment.
