Specialist, Direct Procurement Connectivity

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement of automotive software, electronic components, and LV/HV wire harness assemblies
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and implement cost-reduction programs
• Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with suppliers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Software Development, Quality, and Program Management departments
• Support projects related to autonomous driving and vehicle connectivity
• Coordinate supplier performance management and evaluate technological capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, software development, or a related technical discipline
• 4+ years of professional experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
• Expertise in software procurement and/or electronic component sourcing
• Experience in strategic sourcing or project management
• Demonstrated capability in high-stakes negotiation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Valid passport for occasional domestic and international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or strategic sourcing for electronic components or software
• Familiarity with autonomous driving technologies and connected vehicle systems
• Additional language skills
