About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist specialists with complex procedures including surgeries, root canals, and implant placement
- Maintain a clean operating field using suction, irrigation, and retraction techniques
- Prepare and mix specialty materials such as bone grafts and impression materials
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot specialty equipment like 3D/CBCT scanners
- Ensure sterilization and infection control according to regulatory standards
- Take and process high-quality dental radiographs
- Deliver pre- and post-operative patient education
- Document clinical findings and procedures in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Manage inventory of specialized supplies
- Greet guests and prepare treatment rooms
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of dental experience
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
