Specialist Demand Planning

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal inventory levels at stores by analyzing current status and updating ordering parameters to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations
• Maintain replenishment model parameters, including lead times, reorder points, economic order quantities, and supplier minimum order quantities
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store orders, and track order receipts
• Manage relevant inventory in close coordination with Category Managers
• Perform timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts
• Dispatch orders to suppliers and ensure proper tracking of deliveries
• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting, planning, and replenishment processes
• Maintain accurate and appropriate records of in-stock and inventory positions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Inventory Controlling and Demand Planning
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on approach to various tools
• Proven ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and interact with senior-level executives
• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
• Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams
