Specialist, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, HR, and Corporate Analytics teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions that enhance decision intelligence.
• Translate complex business challenges, such as workforce attrition and cost overruns, into structured analytical frameworks.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and workforce analytics.
• Utilize NLP and GenAI to extract insights from unstructured data including surveys, contracts, and policies.
• Build scalable analytics products to track corporate KPIs and ensure enterprise-ready deployment through robust MLOps frameworks.
• Communicate data insights through compelling visualizations and storytelling to drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI, NLP, or applied AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of predictive modelling, time-series forecasting, and clustering.
• Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and model deployment methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of deep learning architectures and NLP frameworks.
• Domain expertise in corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, or IT.
• Experience with causal inference and experimentation frameworks like A/B testing.
