About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for Henkel affiliates, managing the end-to-end intercompany customer journey.
  • Manage the Order to Cash process from start to finish, ensuring all service KPIs are met.
  • Proactively communicate and follow up on special or complex intercompany orders, coordinating additional resources when necessary.
  • Analyze the "voice of the customer" by collecting feedback to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high-quality data within CRM and Service Cloud systems to ensure full traceability.
  • Resolve complex cases related to supply chain, orders, deliveries, or operational incidents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain Planning, Finance, and the global intercompany community.
  • Document and standardize processes to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English fluency (mandatory).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
  • Proficiency with SAP (ERP) and cloud-based solutions such as Service Cloud.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
