Specialist - Customer Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle, including order entry, validation, processing, and tracking.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Logistics, and Sales to ensure alignment between customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and service requests.
• Monitor production progress and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment and proactive communication of any delays.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints within defined SLAs, coordinating with Quality and Finance teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data within the ERP system and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, food safety, and ISO management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Customer Operations within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict service deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in reducing customer complaints.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of production planning or MRP processes.
• Experience in the rigid plastic packaging or industrial products sector.
