Specialist - Customer Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle, including order entry, validation, processing, and tracking in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Sales, and Logistics to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and service requests.
• Proactively communicate order confirmations, changes, delays, and dispatch details to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints within defined SLAs, coordinating with Quality and Finance teams as needed.
• Monitor service performance metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Support demand planning by working with Sales to capture customer forecasts and align them with manufacturing capacity.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, food safety, and ISO management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Customer Operations within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of production planning or MRP processes.
• Experience in the rigid plastic packaging or industrial products sector.
