About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and scan insurance application files, premium receipts, and daily documents
- Enter payments into the system, reconcile data, and deposit funds at the bank
- Address inquiries from customers and sales representatives
- Guide customers and sales representatives in completing required forms
- Manage the delivery and receipt of documents between offices
- Provide guidance and support for the installation of the Chubb eConnect app
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- College degree or higher
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- High level of care, honesty, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and remain flexible in problem-solving situations
