About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and scan insurance application files, premium receipts, and daily documents
  • Enter payments into the system, reconcile data, and deposit funds at the bank
  • Address inquiries from customers and sales representatives
  • Guide customers and sales representatives in completing required forms
  • Manage the delivery and receipt of documents between offices
  • Provide guidance and support for the installation of the Chubb eConnect app
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • College degree or higher
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
  • High level of care, honesty, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain flexible in problem-solving situations
