Specialist CSX PMO System & Business

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of CSX digital portals, including eCommerce, eShop, ARIBA, and COUPA.
• Monitor orders placed through portals to ensure correct execution and resolve any incidents.
• Analyze master data, pricing, product availability, and portal usability.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing support, guidance, and training on CSX systems to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve cases via Service Cloud by analyzing SAP data and coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CSX, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT/dX teams on system and portal improvements.
• Support portal testing, incident resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive digital adoption by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization of the customer digital experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP.
• Advanced English fluency (required for frequent interaction with US and LATAM teams/customers).
• Experience or familiarity with Service Cloud or Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of the Order to Cash process and its impact on digital systems.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using reports and tools to support operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing digital portals and transactional systems.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Experience (CSX) principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an investigative mindset.
