Specialist Cost Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates during the planning, tendering, and execution phases of offshore projects
• Analyze project requirements, scope, and risks to determine potential cost impacts
• Prepare budget forecasts, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and estimates at completion
• Support decision-making through cost comparisons and financial recommendations
• Monitor cost variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation standards
• Participate in value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives

Requirements

• 20+ years of overall experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• 5-8 years of specific experience in Offshore Projects
• Proven experience working on mega-value projects exceeding $1 billion
• Extensive experience in FEED and Engineering phases
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on ADNOC projects
