Specialist Cloud DevOps

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud governance and provisioning for AI/ML lab environments hosted on AWS
• Define and enforce cloud security, access control, and compliance policies including GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Automate environment provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Enable CI/CD, containerization, and MLOps pipelines in collaboration with vendor teams
• Monitor system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability across all projects
• Manage network configurations, VPN access, and IAM roles for lab participants
• Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and audit readiness documentation

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or IT Infrastructure roles
• Deep expertise in AWS services including S3, EC2, EKS, Lambda, SageMaker, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Specialized expertise in Amazon Bedrock
• Proven experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Databricks, or model deployment pipelines
• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to regulated industries such as life sciences or healthcare
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid architecture models
• Knowledge of cost optimization and cloud governance frameworks
