About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze strategic plans and industry trends to map business functions and identify capability gaps.
  • Develop and expand capability strategies through internal platform development and client operating model design.
  • Define tactical and strategic CCO reports, aligning stakeholders on data sources and maps for 1LOD and 2LOD metrics.
  • Monitor the health of the internal risk and control environment to identify trends and determine mitigation actions.
  • Partner with IT to develop frameworks and products, providing vision to project teams to resolve cross-domain issues.
  • Drive proactive risk management culture transformation across the organization.
  • Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technical or business expertise and functional knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding of Risk and Control frameworks, Business and Data modeling, and Business analysis.
  • Proficiency in designing solutions in PowerBI and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with reporting solutions such as Qlik Sense, IBM Open Pages, ServiceNow, or Tableau.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model.

  • Background in professional consulting.
