Specialist Cash Collection & Debitoren

Responsibilities

• Manage cash collection through open item analysis and clarification of claims and payment arrears with customers
• Ensure efficient collaboration with Shared Service Centers and continuously develop outsourced processes
• Coordinate with regional managers and sales teams regarding difficult customer cases, payment arrears, and credit limits
• Perform credit checks, define risk classes and credit limits, and monitor customer payment behavior
• Manage customer accounts and ensure correct posting of prepayment payments
• Resolve payment discrepancies, monitor write-offs, and process complex account clearings and payment transactions

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in accounts receivable or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in SAP, SOA People, and Google Sheets (or willingness to learn)
• Fluent in both German and French
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong business thinking and a result-oriented, precise working style
