Specialist Bioconjugation Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manufacture clinical products in compliance with GMP and safety standards, specifically for bioconjugation and purification activities
• Participate in all process steps including preparation, production, and post-processing
• Control complex production equipment such as diafiltration, chromatography, and conjugation reactors
• Perform process steps like buffer preparation, solution filtration, and active ingredient handling in isolators
• Conduct in-process controls and routine measurements
• Participate in improvement initiatives following 6S and hygiene standards
• Manage batch and cleaning documentation and logbooks
• Execute test runs and support commissioning and qualification of equipment

Requirements

• Completed training as a chemical technician, pharmaceutical technician, or comparable qualification in a pharmaceutical or biotechnological environment
• Professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Experience handling high-quality and/or toxic substances responsibly
• Good knowledge of GMP/GDP
• Experience in conjugation and purification processes (C&P) is desirable
• Independent, disciplined, and responsible way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to work in a shift system
