Specialist Asset Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Inspection Management System in compliance with ADNOC Group Asset Integrity Management Standards
• Support the transformation to Asset Integrity and Process Safety through the establishment of high-effectiveness Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies
• Provide support to Asset Owners and stakeholders for the implementation of Asset Integrity Management Systems and sub-systems
• Reflect Risk Based Inspection (RBI) plan requirements into the One ERP SAP system, including Asset Registers and Maintenance Task lists
• Support Asset Integrity Management for new facilities during various project VAP stages, including reviewing SOWs and setting up Integrity RACI Matrices
• Participate in project meetings and workshops regarding operational readiness, quality audits, and lessons learned
• Assist site Field Inspection teams in resolving technical integrity issues and update inspection task lists for static equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas fields
• Deep expertise in Asset Integrity Management, Plant Inspection, and Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
• Proven experience in Project Integrity Assurance and Projects QC/QA
• Experience reviewing Corrosion Risk Assessment studies, Material Selection Diagrams, and material corrosion audits
• API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector) certification
• API 580 (Risk Based Inspection Professional) certification
• CSWIP 3.2 (Senior Welding Inspector) certification
• ASNT Level 2 in RT, UT, PT, and MT (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working for ADNOC Group Companies
• Professional experience within the GCC region
