About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
  • Present products and services while educating customers on relevant ways to purchase.
  • Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
  • Support peers by sharing product knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
  • Personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, often supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple's values.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any major.
  • Expert level fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work a shift-based schedule (30 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 5 days per week).
