About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
- Present products and services while educating customers on relevant ways to purchase.
- Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
- Support peers by sharing product knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
- Personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, often supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple's values.
Requirements
- Diploma in any major.
- Expert level fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work a shift-based schedule (30 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 5 days per week).
