About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
- Present products and services while educating customers on relevant ways to purchase and use the Apple ecosystem.
- Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
- Support peers by sharing product knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by demonstrating Apple’s values of diversity and respect.
- Maintain accuracy in all tasks and handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity.
Requirements
- Diploma in any major.
- Expert level fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and work flexible shift schedules.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week (5 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments.
- Demonstrated English language proficiency certifications (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL).
