Specialist - Agency and Process Audits

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits of agencies and processes to ensure legal and operational integrity
• Develop robust compliance checklists and ensure adherence across collection processes
• Manage the legal notice workflow, including issuance and tracking via automated dashboards
• Administer and train staff on INFOSEC policies to maintain data integrity and security
• Resolve compliance queries and optimize processes for better governance and collection outcomes
• Review vendor agreements and manage timely empanelment and contract signing mechanisms

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in audits, vendor management, compliance, or related fields
• Background in FinTech or Banking is preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively for agency audits
• Proficiency in tech audits is an advantage
• Experience in legal and contracting is preferred but not mandatory
