Specialist, Advisor Commission, Finance Operations, Chase Travel

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly commission calculations for independent travel advisors in the variable compensation program
• Audit commission calculations and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Track, document, and amend commission payment records as required
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll commission inquiries and invoice research
• Maintain and update accurate commission records and files
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
• Research and interpret data to answer commission and financial questions
• Respond promptly to internal client needs with professional communication and follow-up

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with thorough record-keeping skills
• Ability to maintain poise and professionalism while meeting strict deadlines
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience within the travel industry
• Direct experience in commission calculation or payroll processing
