Specialist-ACH

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day delivery of critical processes, administration, and servicing activities related to retail and commercial deposits and payments.
• Execute transactions, service requests, and administrative activities within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze data and information to provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting via dashboards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accordance with standard procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote efficient workflows and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and risks to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
• Support change management activities focused on execution and sustainment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking operations or a related field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with wires and lockbox processes.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements within banking operations.
