About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
- Drive sales growth through new business acquisition, repairs, and modernization projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability
- Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
- Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to support customer success
Requirements
- Industry experience is required
- Experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation
- Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Target-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace in a complex corporate environment
- High level of commitment, reliability, and a drive to deliver results
