Specialist, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
• Drive sales growth through new business acquisition, repairs, and modernization projects
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability
• Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
• Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payments
• Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to support customer success

Requirements

• Industry experience is required
• Experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Target-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace in a complex corporate environment
• High level of commitment, reliability, and a drive to deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience
