Specialist 3 - Functional Systems & Technology

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data to provide high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Perform daily reconciliation of data and systems to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure policy compliance between billing, provisioning systems, business units, and third-party vendor groups.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and understand key metrics packages.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas for improvement in reporting efficiency and reliability.
• Support large-scale initiatives such as mass change initiatives, new product launches, and channel lineup updates.
• Provide expertise in cross-functional projects to ensure customer connectivity and employee scenarios are correctly managed.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with wireless carriers, enterprise mobility systems, or telecom operations.
• Proficiency with billing or provisioning tools (e.g., carrier portals, CRM systems, MDM/UEM platforms).
• Strong understanding of mobile technology, including SIM/eSIM and carrier network concepts.
• Knowledge of billing solutions and information systems, such as Amdocs.
• General understanding of database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
• Programming experience using C#, ASP.NET, or Visual Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
