Specialist 3 - Functional Systems & Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as a high-level individual contributor and subject matter expert for functional systems and technology within departments such as HR, Finance, and Legal
• Consult on, implement, test, and maintain business configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements and design new system enhancements
• Build eligibility rules, perform publications, and validate that offer builds align with design specifications
• Conduct regular data integrity audits and use SQL to extract and analyze data
• Support systems rollout, training, and communication efforts
• Perform basic troubleshooting of offer build defects and maintain billing system code
• Document all configuration and design activities to ensure process transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in functional systems or technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and querying
• Knowledge of AI and Process Automation technologies
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with CSG billing systems
