Specialist 3, Functional Systems and Technology

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for functional systems and technology across HR, Finance, Legal, and related functions
• Lead business configuration, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation of system changes
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and support enhancements
• Troubleshoot defects, support production issues, and assist with audits and triage
• Conduct data integrity checks, reporting, and SQL-based data extraction as needed
• Support rollout activities, training, communication, and end-user experience improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SQL experience and ability to run existing queries
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSG billing systems
• Knowledge of AI and process automation
• Experience with eligibility rules, offer configuration, and billing maintenance
• Familiarity with end-to-end testing and functional system design
