Specialist 2, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchase order (PO) activities including creation, change orders, and exception management
• Monitor PO systems to ensure successful transmission and supplier acknowledgement
• Resolve PO invoice escalations and provide guidance to the business on procurement processes
• Support transactional purchasing analytics and reporting to drive process improvements
• Communicate procurement policies and best practices to ensure business compliance
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and new process change initiatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in procurement or purchasing operations
• Proven experience in PO creation, management, and supplier communication
• Strong skills in data analytics and reporting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered
