Specialist 2, Functional Systems & Technology

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical projects to address system defects, enhancements, and data integrity
• Work with technical teams to test and implement system upgrades and releases
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for system implementations
• Act as a higher-level escalation point for complex system support cases
• Implement innovative solutions and policy changes to improve processes and customer service
• Utilize process design expertise to present technical solutions to functional challenges
• Support the configuration and documentation of third-party vendor integrations
• Document and execute test scenarios to validate system changes
• Provide input to optimize the application user experience based on feedback and testing results

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with system testing and implementation
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Expertise in process design and technical problem-solving
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary
