Specialist 2 - Functional Systems and Technology

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for functional systems across areas such as HR, Finance, and Legal
• Maintain system configuration, data integrity, and functional process quality
• Test system changes, upgrades, releases, and enhancements
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation, reports, and queries
• Support troubleshooting, issue triage, audits, and escalation of system support cases
• Document test cases, execute test scenarios, and maintain integration and system records
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to improve user experience and process efficiency
• Support offer configuration, eligibility rules, publications, and billing system maintenance as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SQL experience and ability to extract data using existing queries
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSG billing systems
• Knowledge of AI and process automation
• Experience supporting functional system maintenance or configuration
• Familiarity with QA testing and system implementation support
