Specialist 1, Inside Product

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify opportunities and drive company revenue
• Provide technical advice and solutions regarding product features, configurations, pricing, and availability
• Collaborate with NGSA management, inside sales, field sales, and renewals teams
• Participate in sales competitions and meet established performance metrics
• Drive growth and innovation within data centers, generative AI, and digital infrastructure

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate and work from Dell Technologies Hub locations
• Genuine commitment to building a long-term career in sales or technology
• Experience with digital infrastructure or generative AI technologies
