Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify opportunities and drive company revenue
• Provide technical advice on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability
• Collaborate with management, field sales, renewals, and development teams
• Participate in sales competitions and meet established performance metrics
• Deliver technical solutions to meet customer needs via phone, chat, web, or email

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in data centers, generative AI, and digital infrastructure
• Willingness to relocate to a Dell Technologies Hub location
