Special Systems and Electronic Security Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management and progress in implementing detection systems (fire detection, technical alarms) in critical infrastructure projects
• Coordinate and supervise the installation and commissioning of detection systems
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations (NFPA, UL, local)
• Monitor physical and financial project progress and propose corrective actions
• Manage quality through inspections, functional tests, and documentation
• Guarantee the integration of detection systems with CCTV and access control
• Prepare periodic progress and quality reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in detection systems project management
• Experience in integration with CCTV and access control
• Technical knowledge of fire detection systems and NFPA regulations
• Knowledge of BMS integration
• Project management and quality control skills
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
