Special Services and Institutional Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell special service programs on the sales floor
• Coordinate appointments by following up with customers and installers via phone
• Monitor installer service times and manage documentation for invoice payments
• Handle special order sales and merchandise reservation processes
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of special orders
• Manage and organize "Hold" method merchandise, including special orders and reservations
• Assist institutional program customers (such as Mejoravit and Hipoteca Verde) through the purchase authorization process
• Maintain an optimal workspace for customer service and provide floor support as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada)
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in process follow-up and closing sales
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
• Ability to handle heavy products and resolve problematic situations with quick judgment
