About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic initiatives, process improvements, and digital transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness within the Division of University Advancement.
- Advise on strategy options, recommend solutions, and implement project plans to meet the objectives of Divisional Relations.
- Drive modernization through AI-enabled operational improvements and data-informed decision-making.
- Align process improvement initiatives with strategic goals to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Support the development and execution of annual strategic initiatives and cross-divisional collaboration.
- Review and modernize existing processes to identify opportunities for integration and collaboration.
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding program performance and optimal operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or operational effectiveness.
- Proven experience implementing project management tools and AI or automation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant process improvement certifications.
- Post-graduate certificate in business, data analytics, or information management.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience managing projects across multiple departments or campuses within a complex organizational structure.
