About the Company

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Own high priority initiatives that do not yet have a clear long-term owner
• Step into ambiguous situations, create structure quickly, and drive momentum
• Help leaders across the company translate priorities and decisions into execution
• Proactively identify problems and bottlenecks, and resolve them expeditiously

Requirements

• 3-10 years of progressive experience in high performance environments (investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or high-growth startups)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background and skills and/or firsthand experience with drones
• Experience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups
• Experience with defense or hardware companies
• Experience with financial modeling
• Robust understanding of statistical analysis techniques
