Responsibilities
- Lead creator-led special projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, partners, and resources
- Develop and launch new programs, events, and community initiatives that serve creators and founders
- Identify emerging trends at the intersection of the creator economy and the startup/VC ecosystem
- Build and manage relationships with creators, VC firms, startup founders, and ecosystem partners
- Coordinate across internal teams including marketing, operations, and legal
- Track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure measurable ecosystem impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the creator economy, venture capital, or startup ecosystem building
- Demonstrated experience launching or managing programs, partnerships, or strategic initiatives
- Existing professional relationships within the creator or VC ecosystem
- Strong project management, operational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build programs from scratch
