Special Projects Lead

Our mission is to make high-quality legal work accessible and affordable for everyone by helping law firms and in-house teams restructure their delivery models around AI.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite to meet with law firm partners and in-house legal teams to understand critical workflows
• Map client operations to identify high-leverage AI outcomes
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field insights into product features
• Build customized workflows and use cases alongside clients
• Lead training sessions and check-ins to ensure product impact on legal operations
• Present findings and proposals to audiences ranging from associates to firm leadership
• Scope out new client opportunities across practice areas and geographies

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, legal tech, consulting, or professional services
• Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
• Strong strategic instincts to identify business opportunities and build paths forward
• Ability to work without a defined playbook and build processes from scratch
• Clear communication skills for audiences ranging from in-house counsel to managing partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to legal operations or legal tech
• JD or legal industry background
