Nomos strives to make energy free for European households by developing new energy products with Europe’s leading technology companies. We embed energy as a cost-saving feature for electric vehicles, heat pumps, battery storage systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Own special projects from day one, including improving internal processes and handling critical ops tasks
• Work directly with the founders to solve messy, high-impact problems
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to keep the wheels turning
• Identify and execute on high-impact problems end-to-end
• Tackle hard challenges that lie outside your comfort zone

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-performance environments such as startups, investment banking, or strategy consulting
• Structured thinking, communication, and execution skills
• Extreme ownership mindset and ability to drive projects to completion
• High level of grit, ambition, and motivation
• Ability to work in-person in Berlin Mitte
