Special Projects

Responsibilities

• Help build Furo from the ground up across product, operations, and growth
• Shape and scale the company alongside the founders
• Drive projects in sales, marketing, and operations
• Build systems and processes to maintain high velocity
• Design scalable internal systems and workflows
• Visit customer sites across Germany and the US to understand problems on the ground

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a hypergrowth startup
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make independent decisions
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in German (at least C1)
• High ownership and a hustler mentality
• Generalist mindset with the ability to jump between strategy, sales, and operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity for the energy transition and climate tech space
