About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute family and student events such as Report Card Conferences
  • Manage internal quarterly and state assessments ensuring compliance
  • Coordinate student food systems and vendor partnerships
  • Oversee student and staff technology needs
  • Manage school visual décor and aesthetics
  • Coordinate transportation systems and extra-curricular activities
  • Support new operational initiatives to aid student achievement

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong digital literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in project management or office-based customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
