About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute family and student events such as Report Card Conferences
- Manage internal quarterly and state assessments ensuring compliance
- Coordinate student food systems and vendor partnerships
- Oversee student and staff technology needs
- Manage school visual décor and aesthetics
- Coordinate transportation systems and extra-curricular activities
- Support new operational initiatives to aid student achievement
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong digital literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Experience in project management or office-based customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
