About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Ensure compliance and administer policies and procedures
  • Prepare specialized correspondence and materials
  • Manage special projects and assignments as determined by leadership
  • Conduct statewide group orientations and CASAS testing
  • Train participants on literacy topics and Microsoft Office
  • Complete data entry in Quickbase

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in a TANF program
  • Current certification as a CASAS testing administrator
  • Professional administrative and operational leadership experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish goals
