Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach operations including campaign briefs, hit lists, and multi-channel pushes
• Travel to labs, campuses, conferences, meetups, and test sites to manage the ground game
• Build durable ties with universities, professional societies, and student organizations
• Source candidates using boolean queries, GitHub, publications, patents, and niche forums
• Qualify candidates and write high-fidelity briefs for engineering leaders
• Manage candidate expectations, salary bands, and timelines to close roles
• Protect the brand by ensuring a crisp and high-pace candidate experience

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in startups or hard-tech
• Valid passport/ID and willingness to travel on short notice
• Ability to navigate technical resumes and understand complex engineering concepts
• Experience with ATS management, funnel instrumentation, and data hygiene
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executives and senior engineers
• High-ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing ties to university programs, labs, or engineering departments (SAE, IEEE, Nuclear engineering)
• Experience building referral programs or ambassador networks
• Proficiency with outbound stacks like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or AmazingHiring
