About the Company
Fuse is a hands-on crew of builders engineering high-efficiency pulsed-power drivers on a practical MagLIF path, scaling from demonstrated radiation sources toward plant-class systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute outreach operations including campaign briefs, hit lists, and multi-channel pushes
- Travel to labs, campuses, conferences, meetups, and test sites to manage the ground game
- Build durable ties with universities, professional societies, and student organizations
- Source candidates using boolean queries, GitHub, publications, patents, and niche forums
- Qualify candidates and write high-fidelity briefs for engineering leaders
- Manage candidate expectations, salary bands, and timelines to close roles
- Protect the brand by ensuring a crisp and high-pace candidate experience
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in startups or hard-tech
- Valid passport/ID and willingness to travel on short notice
- Ability to navigate technical resumes and understand complex engineering concepts
- Experience with ATS management, funnel instrumentation, and data hygiene
- Strong communication skills for interacting with executives and senior engineers
- High-ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing ties to university programs, labs, or engineering departments (SAE, IEEE, Nuclear engineering)
- Experience building referral programs or ambassador networks
- Proficiency with outbound stacks like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or AmazingHiring
