Special Needs Pastor

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and train volunteer leaders following safety protocols
• Foster personal relationships with families and volunteers through active engagement
• Oversee all ministry areas to ensure inclusive and effective programming
• Cast vision to parents regarding available resources and biblical engagement
• Collaborate with the Campus Pastor to increase attendance
• Plan and execute key events such as Night to Shine, Special Needs Camp, and holiday services
• Manage attendance, check-ins, and volunteer scheduling using the Rock system

Requirements

• Strong commitment to the mission and values of CCV
• Baptized by immersion and actively pursuing a Christ-centered life
• Regular engagement in CCV weekend services and personal worship
• Commitment to tithing 10% of income to CCV
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and prioritize needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or training in a related field or ministry
• Proven ministry experience
• Experience working with youth and volunteers
• Knowledge of the Bible
• Proficiency with church databases (e.g., Rock)
