About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and run all aspects of the Event Marketing Program to generate qualified leads
- Find events and negotiate rates and booth costs
- Identify optimal event venue locations for lead generation
- Manage setup and teardown of display items
- Hire, train, and coach event staff to meet production quotas
- Conduct weekly event meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Maintain a database of upcoming shows and events
- Develop cost-effective methods to attract homeowners to the booth
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with lead generation
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Weekend availability required
