About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and run all aspects of the Event Marketing Program to generate qualified leads
  • Find events and negotiate rates and booth costs
  • Identify optimal event venue locations for lead generation
  • Manage setup and teardown of display items
  • Hire, train, and coach event staff to meet production quotas
  • Conduct weekly event meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Maintain a database of upcoming shows and events
  • Develop cost-effective methods to attract homeowners to the booth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with lead generation
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for long hours
  • Weekend availability required
