Responsibilities

• Plan and use instructional strategies, materials, and activities that meet diverse learning styles and needs
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with The Learning Spectrum’s curriculum and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop and implement IEP goals
• Support students in building study habits, learning strategies, and self-regulation skills
• Evaluate and modify educational and behavioral interventions using data and team input
• Create a classroom environment that supports academic progress, social growth, and emotional well-being

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Competency with instructional strategies for individualized learning and behavioral interventions
• Knowledge of research-based interventions for students with autism spectrum disorder (ABA, structured teaching)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Flexible, positive attitude toward students with disabilities
