18+ years old, 6 months non-medical homecare experience, Dependable transportation, Flexible schedule
About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Maintain daily contact with supervisor
- Report changes in client condition or suspected neglect, abuse, or exploitation
- Complete daily reports, weekly mileage, time, and travel sheets
- Use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) as instructed
- Provide backup services including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Assist with on-call assignments as needed
- Complete two mandatory in-service trainings annually
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school graduate or enrolled in a vocational educational program
- Minimum of 6 months experience in non-medical homecare
- Dependable transportation and ability to read maps
- Ability to be flexible with hours, locations, holidays, and weekends
- Willingness to work around household pets
- Ability to complete accurate paperwork and follow compliance procedures
