About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outcome and impact evaluations of CMO Office programs related to provider engagement and public health services
- Collect primary data and provider communication analytics for the Agency's Quality Performance Report
- Assist with research, literature reviews, and memos regarding anti-racist public health practices
- Support the CMO and Deputy CMO with meeting coordination, document review, and follow-up activities
- Manage goal gathering and reporting projects including publication tracking
- Coordinate and lead staff to create, refine, and organize deliverables and metrics using a racial equity lens
- Maintain organizational systems to manage information flow within the CMO Office
Requirements
- Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental science, or public health
- Experience in research, data interpretation, and reporting
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to apply project management strategies and work independently
- Proficiency in reviewing scientific literature
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying a racial equity lens to public health work
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in social determinants of health or chronic disease prevention
