Spec Demand Generation, Advanced Surgery

Responsibilities

• Define and implement positioning, education, and technical support strategies for the Advanced Surgery product portfolio.
• Provide technical and clinical support to customers and the sales force within the operating room.
• Design and deliver clinical and product training for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead clinical evaluations and product pilot tests to ensure successful adoption.
• Collect market feedback to improve product value propositions and collaborate with marketing on promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and portfolio opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical business practices, compliance programs, and Baxter's code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Nursing, or a related field.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical markets.
• Expertise in technical positioning of product portfolios for key customers.
• Skills in product lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in surgical subspecialties such as neurosurgery, oncology, or cardiology.
