Sparkle Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, move-out, and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas to high standards
• Execute dusting, detailing, and deep cleaning tasks
• Follow SD Sparkle checklists and specific cleaning procedures
• Work independently or collaboratively within a small team

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for travel between jobs in San Diego County
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for several hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
